When do pre-orders end?
Pre-orders end on August 24th!
When will I get my order?
After pre-orders end, it'll take me around two weeks (maybe longer) to get everything packaged and dropped off in the post office. Please remember that everything is done by myself-- please be patient and I'll do my best :)
Delivery standards vary; according to Canada Post:
Canada: 2-4 days
USA: 4-6 business days
International: 4-7 business days
Note that with COVID, actual delivery times will most likely be longer!!
Tracking is not included and I will not be held responsible for the order once it's been shipped off.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
Unless the item hasn't arrived for a reasonable amount of time or if the order came with the wrong item/quantity, then I don't accept refunds nor exchanges.
Again, once the order has been shipped off, anything that happens is out of my control.
