I don't have live inventory tracking so I have to manually change the number of products still available! Make sure to refresh the browser once in a while to make sure the product is still available. I'll let you know if you end up ordering a sold out item.

> When will my order arrive?

I'll try to get your package shipped within a week of ordering. 

Delivery standards vary due to weather or other circumstances; according to Canada Post:

Canada: 3-4 business days
USA: 5-7 business days

Everything past the post office is out of my control. If your order hasn't arrived after a reasonable amount of time, let me know so we can arrange something.

> Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

I do not accept refunds or exchanges. If the order came with the wrong item/quantity or there's a problem with the product, please let me know!

Again, once the order has been shipped off, anything that happens is out of my control.

> Shipping Rates

Shipping will be more expensive if the package is tracked. Shipping price includes packaging and shipping fee.
